Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Max Decker (Ava, Missouri), born in Tecumseh, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 90, on April 13, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Cecil and Gladys Decker (Martin); his parents-in-law, Claude and Amy Gaulding; and his sisters-in-law, Lena Wallace and Mary Owens.
He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca "Becky" Ann; his wife Mona; his daughter Becky Decker; and his sisters-in-law, Leta Rose and Ellen Dye. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
Due to the current health risks associated with large gatherings as a result of COVID-19, a come-and-go time to pay honor to Max will be held Thursday, April 16, 2020 from 8:30 a. m. to 12:00 p. m. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO.
Memorials can be made to the donor's choice of charity.
