It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Metcalf of Ava, Missouri, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Johnson and Nannie Johnson (Flannery); her husband Clayborn; her siblings, Ivan, Dale, Basil and Charlene; her granddaughter Kathy Marie; her son-in-law Eddie Bray; and her stepchildren, Harold Metcalf and Betty Gardener.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Hall (Louise) of Brownbranch, Missouri, Kathy Bray of Ava and Ellen Everett (Billy) of Ava, Missouri; her stepdaughter Martha Massey of Ava, Missouri; her sister-in-law Marie Johnson; and her nieces and nephews, Mom and Sarah Baker. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren.
