He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Rowe and Ruth Rowe (Warren); his daughters, Jan Blackwell and Donna Kay Rowe; and his siblings, Bobby Rowe, J. D. Rowe, Billy Rowe, Russ Evans, Helen Breeding, Donna Osborn and Florence Stutts.
He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Rowe; his son Robert Rowe; his grandsons, Chuck Johnson and Bobby Bull (Chasity); his great grandchildren, Tyler Bull and Kyla Bull; and his siblings, Sue Downs, Katy Downs, Becky Stutts, Ellen "Oopie" Austin and Leonard Rowe. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
