She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester E. Burgin and Dortha Burgin (Burris); her former husband Bennett; and her siblings, Lela Hodge, Wayne Burgin and Lester Burgin.
She is survived by: her husband Willis Lakey; her children, Kenneth (Linda Tabor), Jeff (Debbie Tabor), Twila (Steve Lopez), Rocky (Terri Tabor) and Tina (Danny Coggins); her stepchildren, Mike, Pam Lakey, Leon Lakey, Charles and Angela Lakey; and her siblings, Laverne Walker, Lena Ruth Gass and Jerry Burgin. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
