He is survived by: his children, Cindy, Denver Cottengim of Mansfield, MO, John and Michele Mackey of Pea Ridge, AR; his grandchildren, Mark, Amanda, Holly, Stephanie and Haleigh; his stepgrandchildren, Rachel and Alex; his great grandchildren, Adalynn and Talon; and his siblings, Wanda, Bill, Bonnie, Glen and Ann. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
