He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Thomas and Virginia Kathleen Burnett (Price); his parents-in-law, Abb and Lena Goss; and his brothers, Roger and Darrell.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Twayna (Keith Graham), Jerry Burnett (Annie), Janolyn (Jerry Mullen) and Stephanie (Joseph Dering); and his siblings, Charles Burnett, Sandy Trepasso and Carrie Bennett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives and many friends.
