He is survived by: his parents, Bob Lee Wheeler and Beverly Sue Fagan (Helsley); his husband Bill; his children, Sabrina Nelson (Colton) and Brett Wheeler; his sister Cindy Daugherty; his niece Ashley Robinson (Dustin); and his nephew Jared Wheeler. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made to the Cold Creek Cowboy Church Youth Group.
