He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert William and Dolly Perkins (Hand); and his brother Lee Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, DeAnne Perkins, Stephanie Miller, Scott Perkins and Tamara Paul; his grandchildren, Brandon, Blake, Dylan, Garrick, Abby and Amara; and his siblings, Robby Perkins, Nancy Loew and Kathy Hausknecht. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
