He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles N. Ruston and Rose Ruston (Williams); his wife Dorothy; and his sons, Jerry and Roger Ruston.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Ruston, Jan Ruston, Judy Ruston, James Ruston and Betty Ruston; and his grandsons, Josh White and Gary Ruston. He is also survived by many other grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
