With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Ellen Fischer (Ava, Missouri), who passed away on April 5, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John McGurrin and Carolyn McGurrin; and her grandson Isaac Nichols. She is survived by: her children, Connie Fischer of Ava, Cynthia Fischer of Norwood, OH and James (Peggy Fischer) of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Joshua Gillis, Tamara Marshall (Matt), Benjamin Nichols, Nathan Nichols, Autumn Anderson, Seth Nichols, Elijah Nichols and Luke Fischer; her great grandchildren, Stephen, Kylie, Rebecca Marshall, Mason and Olivia Nichols; and her siblings, Vera Brown and Jack McGurrin (Gloria). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
