He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Exeter and Edna Elva Baker (Treat); and his brothers, Charles, Jerry, Dennis, Wilburn, Glen and Leon.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his stepchildren, Ronny Baker, Lisa Baker and Angela Goodman; and his brother Bill Baker of Coos Bay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and lots of friends.
