He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin and Dora Grace Frailey (Baker); his brother Charles Frailey (Donna); his daughter-in-law Deahonna Frailey; and his great grandchild Isabelle.
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Sandra Fox, Randall (Angela Frailey), Martin Frailey, Susan (Chris Hanley) and Christi (Travis Torrence); and his sister Charlene Mayberry. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
