She is survived by: her husband Wilbur; her children, Scott Heier (Judy Ann), Jill Frank (Chris), Quinn Heier and Judy Faye Plaster (Tim); her grandchildren, Robyn, Valerie, Luke, Alex, Brian, Aaron, Katie, Heidi, Holly, Emily and Annie; her great grandchildren, Eli, Emmie, Carter, Charlotte, Anastasia, Ruby and Christopher Robin; and her sister Vonnie Wade (Bill). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
