He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Russell James; his grandmother Catherine Lathrop (Engle); his stepfather Bill Jefferson; his sister Wanda "Snooks" Jenkins; his close friend Dwight Heath; his niece Deannetta (Kenny Burress); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Clayton, Hannah Hodges, Katie Hodges, Alex, Zoe Jenkins, Jerrica, Jr. and Ahva Jenkins; his close friend Rick Rikard; and also, James Nash, Leo Hodges, Telly, Stephanie Jenkins, Cory and Rachel Jenkins.
