He was predeceased by: his parents, Ebb Halcomb and Myra Halcomb (Thomas); and his siblings, Sybil Harvill and Gordon Halcomb. He is survived by: his children, Connie (John Siler) and David (Glenda Halcomb); his wife Betty; his grandchildren, Amanda (Brad Evans), Brad (Patty Siler), Sandy Johnson, Heather Stewart and Summer Stewart; and his siblings, Rex and Linda. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, one great great grandson.
Memorials may be made to the Hall Cemetery.
