He was predeceased by: his sons, Travis and James Hale (Debbie); and his parents, Argie Hale and Thelma Posey. He is survived by: his siblings, Bob, Bill, Lyle, Jim, Tom Hale (Terresa) and Donna Hale-Shoop (Steve); his grandchildren, Briana Hope Walter and Devon Michal Castleberry; his great grandchild Ember Lee Walter; and his aunts and uncles, Larry Morrison of Ava, Betty Satterfield of Ava, Chloe Wolford of Nixa, Kaye Hale of Davenport Iowa, Lyle and Howard. He is also survived by numerous cousins, and countless friends.
Family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, where Howard's great niece, Mia Dalton was successfully treated.
