He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Kalhöfer and Josefine Kalhöfer (Simonis). He is survived by: his sons, Eric (Claudia Kalhoefer) and Craig (Tarri Kalhoefer); his grandchildren, Erica, Claire, Ava, Kyle, Noah, Agatha and Alice; and his sister Hildegard Lagerquist of Santa Barbara, CA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
