He is survived by: his daughter Paula Waggoner (Mike); his grandson Travis Smith (Rachel); his great grandchild Dusty Smith; and also, Eric Smith, Jennifer Hayes (Johnathan), Ryan Caughman (Eric), Brooke Waggoner (Justin) and Brett Waggoner (Jessica).
