It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Lyle Ray of Ava, Missouri, who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Ray and Mary Ray (Spurlock); his siblings, Clarence, Clara, Mabel, Edna, Inez, Zola and Vernon; his daughter-in-law Huba Ann Ray (Welton); his grandson Matthew (Samantha); his great grandchild Charleston "Charlie" Ray; his granddaughter Nicole (Wendell Painter); his great grandchildren, Sayge and Ridge Painter; and his grandson Taylor Ray (Ozark).
