With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ella May Daugherty of Ava, Missouri, born in Drury, Missouri, who passed away on October 9, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Hurst and Dorothy Hurst (Bunch); her husbands, Bud Daugherty and Joseph; her son David Gerald LeRoy; her son-in-law Larry Hutchison; and her siblings, O'Neal Luellen, Agnes Williams, Anna Collins and J. W. "Billy" Hurst.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Stephens (Joe) of Galena, MO, Debbie Hutchison of Moberly, MO and Tracy Griffith (David) of Thornfield, MO; and her sister Bert Scherer (Dean) of Drury, MO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members.
