She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Holman and Neva Holman (Vinson); and her half-brother Tom Warner. She is survived by: her pets, Peaches and Corky; and her cousins, David Chambers and Patricia Hoefer. She is also survived by many other family members and numerous friends.

Doris had requested memorials to be made to American Kidney Foundation or Turkey Creek Cemetery.
