He was predeceased by: his father Carl Edgar; his father-in-law Bill Swofford; and his brother-in-law Kevin Swofford. He is survived by: his mother Barbara June Williams (James); his sons, Tyler David (Haley Breann) and Matthew Scott (Derek Chad Collins); his wife Rhonda; his mother-in-law Barbara Swofford; his children, Matt Collins (Tori), Chad (Courtney Collins) and Haley Williams; his grandchildren, Cash Parker, Creed Jameson and Lucy Carolina; his siblings, Pamela (Gary Williams), Sarah (Kent Peterson) and Wade Willams; and his parents-in-law, Roger, Ann Swofford, Joe, Rita Swofford, Judy and Kirk Dooms. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
