He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his daughters, Denise (Carlton Heiner), Sherri Andersen (Jim) and Terri (Mark Tackaberry); his brother Dewey Lynn Letsinger; and his caregivers, Carmen and Mike Engelhardt. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
