He is survived by: his mother Louise Paulsen (David); his son Kaiden Spicer; and his siblings, Michael (Terri Spicer), Alexis (Hayden Schuster), Daniel (Paula Bradford) and Alicia Collins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
