He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Noble Sliger and Eunice "Mimi" Victoria Sliger (Ravenscraft); his wife Mary Bernell Sliger; his son Cecil Martin; and his siblings, Carl Sliger (Evelyn), Herbert Sliger (Margaret), Margaret Robinson (David), Lena Sliger and Wynona Briggs (Junior) of Abilene, Texas..
He is survived by: his children, Clifton Sliger of Springfield, Christopher Sliger (Deanna) of Springfield, Marion Sliger Belanger (Joel) of Mount Vernon, Marsha (Sliger), Stowe (Allen) of Goodson, Mary Branam (Ronnie) of Piqua, TSgt Cheryl Migas (Ret) of Fort Worth, Charles Sliger Jr. (Jennifer) of Springfield, Marine GySgt Curtis Sliger (Ret) of Mount Vernon, Michael Sliger of Ava, Dakota and Charlie Sliger; and his sister Scarlotte Webb of Waldo, Arkansas.. He is also survived by 11 children, at least 44 grandchildren and quite a few great grandchildren.
