He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Charles and Alta Mae Cupp (Gary). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Rozan Eagan, Ruby Hulse, William Newnham, Thomas Newnham, Elizabeth Allen, Samantha Partin, Reid Hayes and Barbara Beaty. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
