She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Bristol and Wilda Bristol (Bellinger); her husband Carl; her brothers, Gary Bristol, Jesse Bristol and Harlan Bristol; and her granddaughter Isabella Albritton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Moore, Christy Albritton (Brian) and Cindy Howard (Steve); her grandchildren, Tiffany, Ashley, William, Austin, Monte, Andy, Azlynn, Travis, Makena, Kenley, Carson and Ford; her great grandchildren, Kai and Baylor; and her brothers, Bill Bristol, Jr. (June), Jeff Bristol, Randy and Shirley Farrar. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Children's Miracle Network or the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
