He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Louis and Elizabeth Duckworth (Daves); his wife Velma; and his siblings, Hazel McAllister, Virgil, Norman and Claude Edward.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Stout (Terry) of Seymour and Valerie Stanton of Ava, Missouri; his grandchildren, Terra Hicks (Jason) of Seymour, Kyle Wendland of Columbia, Kael Jackson, Tawny Haynes of Kalispell, Montana, Comalapa El Salvador and Devin Stanton of Ava, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Maddox Hicks, Grayson Hicks, Davis Hicks, Preston Hicks, Taryn and Elias Haynes of Kalispell, MT. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Local American Legion Post, Shriners Hospital or Goodhope Cemetery.
