She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Miller and Anna Mae Miller (Barrett); her son Albert "Ted" Fugate; her former husband Albert Duncan; her husband Gale Fugate, Sr.; her son James Elliott Fugate; and her stepgranddaughter Brandy McCaulla.
She is survived by: her sons, Gale Fugate, Jr. and Don Fugate; her grandchildren, Brandy Marie Fugate and Casey Jean Fugate; and her brother William "Bill" Miller. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
