She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Gullett and Susan Angeline "Lina" Gullett (Jenkins); her husband Emmett Otto; her daughter Patsy Trimble; and her sisters, Alma, Beulah and Carolyn.
She is survived by: her children, Larry (Wanda Maggard), Jerry (Neva Maggard), Janice (Tom Roads), Wanda (Bill Holt), Linda Liniger, Daniel Schmitt and Teresa Hall of Ava; her grandchildren, Rick, Kevin, Tammy, Tina, Billy, Donnie, Kelly, Teia, Tod Jr., Michelle and Jerry Jr.; and her siblings, Don Gullett and Sue DeWitt. She is also survived by grandkids, 4 great great grandkids.
Memorials may be made to the Hall-Ongo Cemetery.
