He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Goossen and Florentine Goossen (Ratzlaff); his wife Linda; his granddaughter Maggy Hicks; and his siblings, Ruben, John, Raymond and Della Kaiser.
He is survived by: his children, Janet (Scott Boone), Sally (Roy Hicks), John (Leanna Goossen) and Julie (Danny Scott); his grandchildren, Shannon, Elise, Maizy, Kaylee, Camie, Emily and Jesse; and his siblings, Alvena Bartel and Alfred Goossen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
