He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Frances Rosalie Follis (Newton); and his brothers, John Lester Follis and William Edward Follis. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Keahna, Megan, Alex, Logan, Anna, Abby and Emily; his great grandchildren, Kelli and Kiki; his father-in-law William F. Bush; and his siblings, Allen Thomas Follis and Carolyn Rosalie Berry. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
