He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Edward and Margaret Rosalia Fulk (Iffert); and his brothers, Jerry Lee Fulk, Robert Leo Fulk and John Charles Fulk.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Fulk; his children, Rosemary Todd Fulk Carlson (Tony) of St. Charles, Richard Lee Fulk, Jr. (Jeff Camden) of Dugger, Thomas Clifford Fulk (Karen) of Olney and Theresa Joy Haubner (Roger) of Auxvasse; his grandchildren, Brandon Carlson, Justin Carlson, Lauren Carlson, Rachel Franck (Brandon), Heather Mundy (B. J.), Jenny Miller (Larry), Brandon Hixon (Kate), Jesse Brian (Victoria), Jacob Haubner (Maggie), Victoria Haubner, James Haubner and Benjamin Haubner; and his great grandchildren, Judd, Haven and Collins Haubner.
