He is survived by: his former spouse Patrecia Frantz; his friend Church; his wife Pat; his children, Vonne Kilbourn (Carl) of Auxvasse, Jason Dowty of Battiest, OK, James Dowty of Fulton and John Dowty (Tina) of Gravois Mills; his grandchildren, Mark Penn (Anna), Shannon Roath (Eric), Marena Crawford (Tanner), DaKoda Dowty (Hannah), Hunter Dowty (Brittany), Courtney Dowty, Amber Dowty, Andrew Dowty, Haston Dowty, Stephen Kilbourn (Heather), Stephanie Kilbourn, Andi, Trey and Nick Rodriguez; his great grandchildren, Kaison, Tucker, Rogan Roath, Bentlee, Gatlyn, Tateon Dowty, Charlotte, Jackson, Benjamin Crawford, Noah Kilbourn, Knox Penn and Roger Rodriguez; his brother Claude Dowty (Becky) of Zuni, VA; and his nephew Paul H. Dowty.
