He is survived by: his wife Rabeka Shook; his parents, Tonya Clarke of Mokane and George Clarke of Fulton; his stepfather Jackie Shook of Grafton; his grandfather Jack Shook of Grafton; his sisters, Samantha Phillips (Matthew) of Lebanon, Kaley Michiaels (Tyler) of Godfrey and BethAnn Kallal (Kole) of Godfrey; his parents-in-law, Chance and Christal Vaught of Auxvasse; his siblings-in-law, Chris Vaught (Ashley) and Heather Vaught; his aunt Paula Proffitt of Vero Beach; his grandfather George Clarke of Rhodhiss; and his aunts and uncles, Darlene (Johnny) of Morganton, Anita Duncan of Hickory, Gary Walker, Tim Walker (Becky), Jerry Walker (Sandy) and John Walker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
