He was predeceased by: his grandchild Rayne Smith; his brother Leslie Nowlin; and his nephew Leroy Browning. He is survived by: his parents, William Wayne Nowlin and Mary Margaret Nichols (Frey); his wife Tammy Nowlin (Rice); his children, Donald Nowlin of Boonville, Nikki Nowlin of Columbia, Amanda Palmer (Travis) of Columbia and Joyce Enyart of Columbia; his siblings, William "Billy" Nowlin (Kim) of Hallsville, Brian Nowlin of Sedalia, Melissa Nicholls (Brian) of Fulton, Brenda Browning of Auxvasse and Marie Travis; and his grandchildren, Clara Long, Jack Nowlin, Tristen Rice, Noah Weavers, Annabelle Enyart, Bradley Enyart Jr., Hunter Layton and Sean Layton. He is also survived by grandson on the way; and several nieces and nephews.
