He is survived by: his son Gage Willingham of Mexico; his father Carl Willingham, Sr. of Auxvasse; his siblings, Carl Willingham, Jr. (Wendy) of Columbia, Tina Hall (James) of Mexico and Casey Rubemeyer (Les) of Vermont; his nieces and nephews, Sophia, Sydney Willingham, Lilly, Logan Rubemeyer, Daniel, Tanner Womack and Kobin Hall; and his aunts, Karla Newbrough of Mexico, Becky Shah of Mexico and Delores Pulis of Moberly.
