He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Ann Davis; his wife Barbara Moore; his children, Rhonda Cundiff (Gary) of Fulton, Russell Moore, Sr. (Paula) of Fulton, Harold Dean "Lucky" Moore, Jr. (LeEtta) of Kingdom City, Gary "Butch" Dillion (Tutti) of Higbee and John Dillion (Sally) of Mexico; his grandchildren, Ashley Giboney (Jeremy) of Fulton, Grant Cundiff (Kayla) of Republic, Rebbeca Matteson (Brandon) of Fulton, Russell Dean Moore, Jr. of Kentucky, Derrick Dudley of Fulton, Zack Moore (Kyla) of Mexico, Jordan Moore of Eldon, Hunter Moore of Kingdom City, Mitchell Justus of Kingdom City, Shelby Robb of Kingdom City, Wyatt Clark of Kingdom City, Ted Dillion (Tara) of Higbee and Tori Dillion of Higbee; and his siblings, Richard Moore of Fulton, Mangus Moore, Jr. (Peggy) of Auxvasse and Beulah Craghead of Auxvasse. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
