He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Elaine Miller (Brooke). He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his father David Franklin Miller of Centralia, Missouri; his siblings, Russell Miller (Christy) of Norborne, Kevin Miller (Robin) of Lawrence, Kansas and Theresa Kite (Raymond) of Columbia, Missouri; his nephews, Colton Kite and Tyler Miller; his niece Shadow Farrant (Jason); and his great-nieces, Reagan Farrant and Keira Farrant.
