He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Billy Moore and Ralph Bolm; his aunt Sharon Rose; and his uncle Robert "Bobby" Dean Moore. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Moore and Christy Moore (Bolm); his siblings, Heather Martin (Jason), Alyssa Moore (Jesse) and Zachary Rich; his grandmothers, Sharon Moore (Lisa) and Helen Bolm; his niece Allison; and his nephews, Isaac, Henry and Elijah.
