He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry J. Talley and Phyllis Talley (McIlhatton); his daughter Cara Cooper; and his sister Mary Gail Talley. He is survived by: his wife Susan Talley; his children, Cole Talley (Kaitlyn) of Auxvasse and Meghan Smart (Matt) of Tebbetts; his granddaughters, Raegan Smart and Kimber Talley; and his sisters, Fawn Halverson of Idaho and Cindy Walters of Florida.
Memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
