He is survived by: his parents, Jacob Brunkhorst and Samantha Brunkhorst; his sister Hadley Brunkhorst; his grandparents, Kevin, Julie Brunkhorst, Gary and Susan Dunakey; his great-grandparents, Roy, Estelle Brunkhorst, Carol Cates and Barbara Harvey; and his aunts and uncles, Ryan, Courtney Brunkhorst, Violet Brunkhorst and Zachary Dunakey.
