We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2023, at the age of 87, Warner Keith Parsons of Aurora, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Parsons and Lena Parsons (Williams); his brother Dennis Parsons; his nephew Kent Parsons; and his brother-in-law Herman Neeley.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Louisa Oldham; his daughters, Sherry Lynn Snider (Danny) of Aurora, Janet Kay Pratt (Ray) of Wichita and Sarah Louisa Holmes (Jon) of Aurora; his sister Lena Doris Neely of Wichita, Kansas; his grandchildren, Douglas Pratt (Kim), Stephanie Bolay (Bryce), Carolyn Pratt, Nathaniel Brinley and Jacelyn Neff (Wyatt); and his great grandchildren, Elijah, Amelia, Oliver Bolay, Madelyn, Mya Pratt and Jovi Neff. He is also survived by one nephew and two nieces.
