He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Hall and Cynthia Hall (Smith); and his brothers, Loren Hall and Larry Hall. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Russ Hall (Samantha) of Jasper, Mike Hall (Deanna) of Stockton, Missouri and Teresa Mercer (Gregg) of Springfield, Missouri; and his siblings, Harry Hall of Lexington, Kentucky and Rebekah Benz of South Dakota. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
