Kreutzer (Davis); his wife Karen; his children, Andrea Mapes of Aurora and Jonathan Kreutzer of Ozark, Missouri; his grandsons, David Mapes and Zachery Hoffman; his siblings, Teresa Nightengale (Vern) of Ingalls, Kansas and Richard Kreutzer (Celeste) of Luka, Mississippi; his parent-in-law Carl; and his siblings-in-law, Denise McDonald of Billings, Missouri, Jimmy Anderson of Monett and Richard Anderson (Rhonda) of Liberal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
