He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor E. Miller and Madge Miller (White); his siblings, Gerald Miller and Carolyn York; and his niece Mary Beth Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Lee Miller (Chantil), Amanda Litchy and Benjamin Miller; and his sister-in-law Connie Miller. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great grandchild.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Happy Home Cemetery (5604 State Hwy ZZ, Conway, MO 65632).
