It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Mae Weldy of Aurora, Missouri, born in Crane, Missouri, who passed away on August 7, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Montgomery Hartin and Tressie Evaline Hartin (Clevenger); her husband Morgan Wayne Weldy; and her siblings, Caroline Hartin, Ruth Bailey Williams, Joann Dalton, Jane Weldy, Dalphie, Larry, Bob, Gene and Frank Hartin.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Weldy of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, Betty Ferguson (Jim) of Aurora, Missouri and Anita Weldin of Aurora, Missouri; her sisters, Peggy Miller (Jack) of Verona and Reva Ledbetter of Nashua; her grandchildren, Ryan Weldy (Kaisha), Jamie Glass (Andy), Rebecca Powell (Bryce), Ben Weldin (Jodi), Graham Weldin and Emily McCash; and her pet Daisy. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made payable to Haven of the Ozarks in care of the funeral home.
