He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Smith and Thelma Smith of Aurora; and his sister-in-law Donna Smith of Richland. He is survived by: his wife Jane Smith; his children, Robert Wilson (Clara) of Aurora, Ronald Wilson (Cindy) of Aurora, Deborah Gunn (Carl) of Aurora and Steven Smith (Kirstie) of Joplin; his grandchildren, Deserae Buckmaster (Nick), Dionne Wilson, Austin Wilson (Hannah), Rebecca Wilson, Brandon Wilson (Courtney), Nathan Gunn (Kaylee), Zachary Smith, Kristen Gunn (Austin Gacke) and Rachel Smith; his brothers, Gary Smith of Richland and Jerry Smith (Martha) of Aurora; and his brother-in-law Joe Devereaux (Virginia) of Aurora. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
