He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ormsby and Nadine Ormsby-Daum; his stepfather Dale Daum; and his siblings, Karen Luney, Wayne and Warren Ormsby.
He is survived by: his children, John (Susan Ormsby), Toy Ormsby of Aurora, MO, Jason (Michele Ormsby) and Ruby Ormsby. He is also survived by married April 5, 1978; ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren; numerous nieces nephews cousins and friends.
