He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin and Jessie Medlin (Tharp); his brothers, Herman and Albert Medlin; his siblings-in-law, Laverne Potter, Carolyn Woody, Jack and Joan Wise; and his grandson Colt Medlin.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Wise; his children, Kevin Medlin (Tammy) of Aurora, Missouri, Greg Medlin (Amy) of Aurora, Missouri and Christina Batson (Jason) of Aurora, Missouri; his grandchildren, Brittany Neely, Kyle, Zachary, Clint, Noah, Stetson Medlin, Karlie Powers and Cameron Batson; his great grandchildren, Briley, Beau Neely, Maggie, Oakley, Benjamin and Emersyn Medlin; his siblings, Linda Potter, Sherry Medlin and Ron Medlin; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Wise (Angie) and Gloria Branstetter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made payable to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in care of the funeral home.
